Why are we so ready to give ourselves away to people? Most of the time, we just want to be accepted by that person or even just seen in a different light. Well, I’m here to tell you, no matter what you do or give away, it won’t make a difference. No, I’m not saying you will NEVER make that person see you differently. I’m saying, just love yourself Sis. That man will not change for you, no matter what you try and do.

As said by Stephan Labossiere, “Boys look for playmates, men desire a helpmate.” I never realized how powerful those words can make you feel when you sit back and just think back to all those so called “boys” you thought was “The One”. Well Sis, he wasn’t the one and now you have just lost a little piece of yourself because you stayed around longer than you should have.

But don’t worry, you can rebuild yourself right back up and be more prepared and aware for the next one. See, we tend to learn from our past mistakes to create a better future. The present is where we have to really buckle down and know who we are as a person and what we need, not want.

Awhhh, that “WANT” thing can really hinder us with our blessings. Sis, don’t let your blessings be overlooked and passed by because you can’t let that man go. He is NOT the “One”. Love yourself enough to walk away. His actions and his words are not matching up. If he really wanted you, he would have been in a committed relationship with you by now. You were his play thing for the time being. You was preparing him for the next person in line. Dust off your crown, fix it back on your head, and walk with your head held high. You are WORTHY!!
